Hi, I’m trying to get some information and I wasn’t sure where to start. I am looking for an old friend that I haven’t seen in 18 years. He used to be stationed at Fort Meade and was supposed to have went to Saudi sometime around 1992. I lost contact after that. I only know his first and last name and what he looked like then and his aprox. age (within one year) Is there anyway I can find him through Fort Meade? I have tried all over the internet but, he has such a common name its proved nearly impossible. Please let me know. Thank You
